NUTCRACKER PREP WEEK

Nutcracker Auditions Saturday Aug 27th
10:30AM-1:00PM
Auditions are for dancers age 8 and older. Plan to be there for 45 minutes to an hour. Participants will be taught a short ballet routine, then perform in small groups or alone in front of our panel of teachers. Please dress the part; hair in a bun, leotards and tights for the girls and non- baggy sweatpants and t-shirts for the boys. I will email everyone their performer offerings the week after auditions.
If your dancer wants to audition and cannot attend August 27th please contact Miss Chelsea or myself to schedule an audition. Roles will be chosen on the 28th . Therefore, in order to participate dancers need to schedule a private audition before Aug 28th. Please note these are placement auditions meaning your dancer will get a role.
Nutcracker Rehearsals
Nutcracker Rehearsals Saturday Afternoons Sept 17th-Dec 8th
Rehearsals are 30 to 90 minutes for the different characters. I will do my best to accommodate everyone’s schedules. Performers are allowed ONLY 2 rehearsal absences. The Rehearsal fee is $100 and you can pay for rehearsal under Events on the Register Now! Tab of our website.
